Ready? Set? Flamin-GO!! Join us on Saturday, July 22nd as our menagerie takes over Nashville’s Shelby Park for the 1st annual Flamingo 5K & All-Ages 1 Mile*! Fly along shady trails as you traverse our flat, fast, fabulous courses. Flamingo-themed apparel/costumes are strongly encouraged – you may even win a prize! After you strut across the finish line, stretch out your wings at our post-race FLAMBOYANCE: enjoy refreshments and snap a selfie or a pic with your flock at our Flamin’ Foto Booth. All participants will receive a race Tee-Shirt and finisher’s medal, plus there will be product and prizing courtesy of Goodr, Brooks Running, and more! This race is a USA Track & Field-sanctioned event. The 5K and 1 Mile will be chip-timed with official results.
REGISTRATION
Online registration is at runsignup.com. Entry fee is $50 for the 5K and $30 for the 1 Mile. Online Registration is open until 8pm on Friday, July 21st. You may also enter in-person on race day until 15 minutes before race start (7:15am for the 5K, 8:15am for the 1 Mile). Same-day registration fees: $55 for the 5K, $35 for the 1 Mile. Participants will receive a Brooks technical tee-shirt featuring our flocking fabulous artwork*. In the event that you are unable to take part in the race, refunds will NOT be issued.
*Please note that while all participants will receive a tee-shirt, we can only guarantee your preferred sizing if you register by Monday, July 16th. Brooks tee-shirt sizing is gender-specific. Super soft cotton youth tee’s featuring the same artwork are available for our young flock members.
PACKET PICK-UP
Packet pick-up (bib numbers and race tee’s) will take place on Friday, July 21st from 11am-6pm at The Exchange Running Collective (966 Woodland Street, East Nashville). You may also pick up your race packet at Registration in Shelby Park on Saturday morning prior to your race.

There are 3 parking lots off Davidson St. near the baseball diamonds (approx. 400m south of the race start). See map for details.
TIMING/RESULTS
Results for the 5K and 1 Mile will be provided by A Matter of Timing. Results will be available right away and each participant will have their result individually emailed to them.
